1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, attending, or participating in COR Summit events organised by COR Solutions Services Ltd (Company No. 15027891), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your registration.
2. Event Registration
2.1 Registration Process: Registration is completed when full payment is received and confirmed. All registrations are subject to availability.
2.2 Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete registration information. We reserve the right to cancel registrations containing false or misleading information.
2.3 Confirmation: Upon successful registration, you will receive confirmation via email containing event details, schedule, and joining instructions.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Fees: All summit fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
3.2 Currency: All prices are quoted in the local currency of the event location or GBP (£) where applicable.
3.3 Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other methods as specified during registration.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Attendee Cancellations:
- More than 30 days before event: 100% refund minus £50 administration fee
- 15-30 days before event: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days before event: No refund
4.2 Substitutions: Attendee substitutions are permitted at no additional charge up to 5 days before the event. Please notify us in writing at enquiries@corsolutions.co.uk
4.3 Organiser Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, attendees will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.
5. Event Changes
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event programme, speakers, venue, or schedule. We will notify registered attendees of significant changes as soon as practicable. Such changes do not entitle attendees to refunds.
6. Attendee Conduct
6.1 Professional Behaviour: All attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward other attendees, speakers, staff, and venue personnel.
6.2 Code of Conduct: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour. Violators may be removed from the event without refund.
6.3 Health and Safety: Attendees must comply with all health, safety, and venue regulations. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees who pose a health or safety risk.
7. Photography and Recording
7.1 Event Photography: By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes. Images may be used in marketing materials, social media, and future event promotions.
7.2 Personal Recording: Attendees may take photos for personal use but must not record presentations without speaker permission or share confidential information disclosed during sessions.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Event Materials: All presentations, materials, and content provided at the summit remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.
8.2 Restricted Use: Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from the copyright holder.
9. Liability and Insurance
9.1 Limited Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, COR Solutions Services Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from attendance or participation in the summit.
9.2 Personal Property: We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Attendees are advised to maintain adequate insurance coverage.
9.3 Travel Insurance: Attendees are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal liability.
10. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of terrorism, war, government restrictions, or venue unavailability.
11. Data Protection
Your personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR requirements. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of amended terms.
