Anthropic has disclosed remarkable growth numbers for Claude Code, revealing that active users expanded by 300 percent and revenue grew over 5.5 times since the launch of the Claude 4 model family. The growth coincided with the release of an analytics dashboard for Claude Code that helps enterprise teams measure the effectiveness of their AI coding investments.
The broader company numbers are equally striking. Anthropic's annualised revenue hit $14 billion in February 2026, up from $1 billion at the end of 2024 — a 14x increase in just over a year. The company now serves more than 300,000 business customers, and the number of customers spending over $100,000 annually grew 7x in the past year. Anthropic is projecting $26 billion in full-year 2026 revenue.
For the Claude Code community, these numbers validate what users have been experiencing: the tool has crossed from early adopter to mainstream developer adoption. The 300 percent user growth means Claude Code's ecosystem of extensions, MCP servers, and community knowledge is expanding rapidly, making the platform more valuable for everyone building with it.
